We’re now looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the operational performance of our European manufacturing supply chain. Based in Kaiserslautern or Mainz (Germany), this role is key to ensuring that our production, logistics, and supply chain systems continue to reflect the same values that power our products: efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
Your Mission
As Operations Manager, you’ll take full end-to-end responsibility for the performance of our European supply chain.
Your work will focus on:
- Optimizing supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Leading strategic analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Managing production, logistics, and supplier relationships with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance and quality standards across every link of the chain.
- Supporting sustainability goals, from energy reduction to waste management.
You’ll work closely with senior management to build a resilient, scalable operational model that supports InnuScience’s commitment to excellence and sustainability.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a hands-on professional with strong analytical and organizational skills. You understand supply chain dynamics and can turn challenges into opportunities for improvement.
You bring:
- Proven experience in operations, production, or supply chain management (preferably in manufacturing).
- Expertise in inventory management, purchasing, and production planning.
- Experience managing third-party manufacturers and logistics partners.
- Knowledge of quality, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning tools.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
